Michelle Bell is an Exclusive Black-Status Presenter who lives in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Michelle is an incredible leader and very approachable. I’ve met her several times over the past year and I caught up with her again yesterday on the phone.

Michelle grew up in Arizona; she did a lot of performing in high school (plays and music), and ran on the cross-country team. After high school, Michelle went to Brigham Young University, where she studied Marketing. While there, she also met her husband, and they were married while she was still in school. She had her first child soon after graduating.

A dedicated wife and mother, Michelle now has four children and says she’s always planned to stay at home with her children. Younique fits well into her schedule, although she says she’s still working on balancing things. She found Younique almost by chance. Michelle has worked in Direct Sales before and joined Younique for the business opportunity. She noticed that a friend was selling Younique and Michelle actually approached her friend about it, instead of the other way around. Michelle hit Black Status 11 months into the business and hasn’t looked back. In addition to managing her Younique business from home, she goes running when she gets a chance and enjoys getting together with friends and family. She also has a love of playing the piano and it is a huge part of her life. She accompanied choirs, performed on stage, and has previously taught private piano lesson for ten years from her home.

She says that one of the qualities that attracted her to Younique was the branding quality. Perhaps because of her Marketing background, Michelle recognizes the importance of having great products that are uncomplicated and easy to demonstrate. She works diligently to train her leaders and help them learn the business; in fact, she even created a manual to help train them that has been circulated amongst other leaders.

One of the things I really admire about Michelle is that, despi

te being so busy (and I know what having four children is like!), she likes to have fun. Michelle also excels at letting her leaders lead. She doesn’t try to compete with them and she somehow instills quiet confidence in those around her. I think the world of Michelle and I warmly congratulate her on her success in reaching Exclusive Black-Status with Younique.Written by Younique Cofounder, Melanie Huscroft
